AZ BattleZone wants to tackle the NXL in 2024 forward, with the very best players!! We believe we can bring together visionary coaching with the underrated players from Arizona and shock the nation.
Our Vision from 2024 forward is to make Arizona players the very best by providing the tools and coaching to take our state to the next level! We invite you to join us.
The outline for “The Program”
- Provide the tools each player needs to take their game to its highest level to benefit The Program.
- Provide high-level coaching so each player can take their game to its highest level to benefit The Program.
- Provide evaluations so each player can identify their strengths and work on their weaknesses to benefit The Program.
- Include family in the process so players can be completely immersed in The Program,
- Create an environment where every team member is fully invested in The Program to climb the divisional ladder in the NXL.
- Identify each player’s goals to ensure each member is fully invested and then incorporate those goals into The Program.
- Culture is key; we will ensure each player is fully committed to the building of team culture.
- Provide player insights and growth opportunities for continuous improvement of The Program.
- Provide the opportunity for players who can not fully commit to The Program to step aside so other hungrier players can step up.
